Wayne is a Senior Managing Director at Carret Asset Management. He has over 30 years of experience in the investment management industry.

At Carret, he is the Director of the firm's Equity Strategy. In this capacity, Wayne chairs the Equity Investment Policy Committee and is responsible for all facets of Carret's Equity Strategy.

In 1990, Wayne founded Manchester Capital Corporation and acted as President and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) until it was sold to Carret in 2002. At Manchester, he also served as the President and CIO of a closed end mutual fund. Prior to those experiences, Wayne worked as an investment analyst.

Wayne resides in Spring Lake, New Jersey with his wife and two children.
